Shipping policy

 

We have our own workshop in Sydney, Australia, and we also work with trusted production partners in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands to help reduce shipping times, shipping costs, and environmental impact. Depending on the product and destination, your order may be produced and shipped from the location best suited to fulfil it.

Processing times

  • Unframed prints are usually produced and dispatched within 1–6 business days.

  • Framed prints typically take 1–8 business days to produce before dispatch, although some large sized orders may take longer to complete. 

  • For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can prioritise it where possible and provide a more accurate and up-to-date estimate.

Limited edition prints and framing

  • Limited edition prints are shipped exclusively from Australia and shipping will take longer accordingly.

  • The box framed option is only available from Australia and shipping will take longer accordingly.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched.

  • Australia: 1–7 business days.

  • New Zealand: 4–10 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 1–7 business days.

  • United States: 1–7 business days.

  • The Netherlands: 1–7 business days.

  • Other international destinations: 6–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, local postal delays, seasonal demand, and other factors outside our control.

Customs, duties, and import charges

Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

For open edition print orders shipped to the EU, UK, and US, customs or import duties are generally not charged, as these orders are produced and dispatched through our overseas production partners.

Packaging

All products are packed carefully to help ensure they arrive in good condition. Prints are shipped in protective cardboard packaging or tubes, and framed prints are wrapped and secured to help protect them during transit.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Delays and courier disruptions

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by courier services, postal networks, customs clearance, strikes, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or missing orders

Our shipments are insured, and each courier has its own claims process. In most cases, to lodge a claim for damaged goods, we will require:

  • clear photos of the damage,

  • a photo of the shipping label,

  • photos of the packaging, and

  • any additional information the courier requests.

Once we receive the required information, we will assist with lodging the claim on your behalf where possible.
