This whimsical still life features a vibrant arrangement of native flowers, a green teapot, and a mango against a pink and red background. The scene includes a stack of art books and a cup of tea, creating a cosy and imaginative setting perfect for daydreaming. Painted in her Sydney studio at the onset of Spring, this painting was inspired by morning tea with a friend and features a beautiful Banksia branch, nasturtium flowers and some of Melanie's favourite books.
