We're as excited about your new prints as you are — and we're committed to getting them to you swiftly, securely, and sustainably. Our shipping is designed with both the planet and your convenience in mind, reaching more than 35 countries worldwide.
Global reach, local touch. For UK customers, that means printing right here in the UK. Our partner printing and framing lab in the United Kingdom lets us print close to you — shorter shipping times, lower costs, and a smaller environmental footprint. Wherever you are, you'll receive the same result: the same premium printers, papers, inks, and framing materials in every location. Limited edition prints are the exception — each one is made and hand-signed in our Sydney studio and ships from Sydney, Australia.
Handcrafted quality. Every order is made by hand. If you need yours urgently, get in touch and we'll do our best to prioritise it — including express or overnight upgrades where your location allows.
Actual delivery time depends on the destination; metropolitan areas generally receive their orders fastest.
Production times
- Unframed prints — normally made and shipped within 1–5 business days.
- Framed prints — typically 1–10 business days to make, plus shipping, as they're more complex handmade pieces.
Smaller sizes are produced faster; larger sizes take a little longer. Need it in a hurry? Reach out — we'll do our best to allocate extra resources to your order, offer express/overnight options.

Every limited edition print is made and hand-signed in our Sydney studio, and ships worldwide from Sydney, Australia.

These are estimates only — once an order is collected, delivery is in the hands of the courier.
Packaging
Framed prints ship in double-walled boxes, wrapped in a protective sleeve with guards added to every corner, so they arrive in pristine condition. Rolled prints ship in a heavy-duty cardboard box or a tube. Giant sizes and above are usually shipped in a crate, depending on where they ship from.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an estimated delivery date, online tracking, and tracking notifications by email.
Damaged in transit?
It's rare, but if any damage happens along the way, email us at hello@minusart.co within 24 hours of delivery with:
- photos of the damage,
- a photo of the front of the box showing the shipping label, and
- a photo of the back of the box.
We'll prioritise the reprint and get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
