Refund policy

All of our items are custom made to order and are not pre-made. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production has started.

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, significantly different from its description, or does not match a sample shown to you, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your item has arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 24 hours, at hello@minusart.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:

  • the item,

  • the packaging, and

  • the shipping label.

Our shipments are insured, and each courier has its own insurance claim process. Where possible, we will manage the claim on your behalf. In most cases, we will need the photos listed above to support the claim and lodge it promptly.

Where a return is approved because the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not comply with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide instructions for return and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If a returned item is assessed and found not to meet the requirements of this policy or Australian Consumer Law, we may decline the claim and return the item to you, in which case you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
