Rest assured, wherever you are, we're equipped to deliver excellence with consistent quality, thanks to our unified use of premium printers, papers, inks, and framing materials.
Handcrafted Quality: Each order is meticulously crafted by hand. For urgent requests, please get in touch with our team to ensure timely delivery. Depending on your location, we can also offer express or overnight shipping upgrades.
Actual delivery time will depend on the country. Generally speaking metropolitan areas will receive the products faster.
Production Times
Unframed prints are normally produced and shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
Framed prints typically take 1 to 10 business days to produce plus shipping as they are more complex handmade products.
Smaller sizes can be produced faster while larger sizes take longer. If you need your order urgently, reach out to us we will do our best in terms allocating more resources for your order and offering express/overnight shipping options as well as pick up from our Paddington Gallery or Sydney Warehouse.

Please note that these are estimated shipping days and eventually the couriers will be in charge of the shipping process.
Packaging
Framed prints come in double-walled boxes making sure your product will reach you in pristine condition! Rolled prints will be shipped using a heavy-duty cardboard box or in a tube. Framed prints will be wrapped in a protective sleeve and corner guards added to protect each corner. Giant size and above will most likely to be shipped in a crate depending on where we ship from.
Tracking
When your order has been shipped you will be provided with an estimated delivery date, online tracking, and email tracking notifications.
Issues & Post Order
If any damage happens during transportation, please send us the images of the damage as well as the photo of the front of the box showing the shipping label and the back of the box to hello@minusart.co. It's important that you reach out to us within 24 hours after the delivery. We will prioritise the reprint and send you a replacement as soon as possible!
